I’m Mary Kethya Khuon, a Cambodian American pioneering the wellness writing process.

In 2018, I created Sincerely Miss Mary as an anonymous writing account on Instagram to live journal my abusive relationship and eventually cultivate the courage to escape. This led to a path of publishing over 100 poems and personal essays online and performing spoken word at poetry clubs in New York City. My work has been featured on Medium, Thought Catalog, and various literary magazines.

After leaving my fashion design job at Tommy Hilfiger in the fall of 2020, I launched my wellness writing coaching business, where I launch programs for wellness communities, trauma survivors, and leaders.

I created the embodied storytelling framework backed by trauma therapists and creative experts. This is a combination of creativity, personal development, and trauma-informed education for emotional and nervous system regulation.

My mission is to help communities heal through writing so they can find their authentic voice and reclaim their power.
